Comiclopedia: Lamelos is a comics collective consisting of Aleks Deurloo (b. 1975, Emmen), Boris Peeters (b. 1974, Venray), Jeroen Funke (b. 1976, Emmen) and Sam Peeters (b. 1976, Venray). All coming from the art academy in Kampen, the Netherlands, they have been collaborating on a colorful oeuvre with jolly and absurd comic strips since 1997.
KAASHELD & POEPHOOFD
Kaasheld (Cheesehero), super hero of the Dutch nation! The Dutch flag proudly rises above (and in) his head. Together with his sidekick Poephoofd (Poophead) they fight against their enemies in an absurdistic as well mundane superhero world.
One time created for the short-lived satirical monthly Politically Incorrect Magazine (P.I.M). Five Cheesehero and Poophead titles have been published.
PROFFESOR FLEISCHMANN
Professor Fleischmann is a very smart inventor who is stupidly in love with his boss-wife. The professor was created many years ago by Lamelos and Olivier Schrauwen!

GLÖMP-STYLE
The Glömp style is always a form of a two-page comic with one and the same grid, layout and text (once created for the Finnish anthology GLÖMP). Sometimes the themes are the same, but the drawing styles, stories and designs are each time different.
